But,there's also one here in Tulsa! Although it may not be as grandiose as the one in Denver it still is a great place for families!

Two great choices for Mexican dishes are chicken fajitas and soft chicken tacos crockpot. If burritos are your thing, get a chicken burrito with lots of veggies inside. Refried beans usually contain pork fat, so if you want to eat healthy, you better pass on the refried beans. Remember that cheese and sour cream should be limited if you just can't go without it. A few more things to stay away from are chalupa which means deep-fried tortilla, relleno which means deep fried pepper, and chimichanga which is a fried burrito.

My partner opted for three taco chicken. He asked the waitress to have those without lettuce and tomato, but we were told they didn't come that way. Tostadas do. Their tacos only come with the meat, onions and cilantro. We liked having an authentic Mexican waitress (it beats a skater kid mispronouncing 'case-a-dilla'), but he did miss that she said the big 'o' word when she rattled off the ingredients. But even after scraping off the onions, he enjoyed the soft shell tacos. These were $1.00 each and a good value.

For lamb to fall off the bone, it needs to be slow cooked in the oven for at least 3-4 hours. Because I'm at work all day, I don't feel that it's safe leaving the oven on. Enter the slow cooker chicken taco, it's a great way to get a flavourful cooked meal with minimal preparation. I feel that this is the fastest and most efficient way to have a hearty and flavoursome dinner prepared in just 20 mins. The catch is that while you are work, your dinner is cooking away, ready when you come home.

Don't let those gimmick diets fool you. If you're looking to lose fat or lose weight, the only way to do it is with a slow and steady approach to it. The weight doesn't come on overnight, chicken taco casserole with rice it certainly doesn't come off overnight, but if you can apply those tips and start learning the right choices to make there is nothing that will hold you back from becoming as fit as you desire.
