Why A Spit Roast Is Perfect For Your Summer Bbq



With increasing activities outside the home, fashionable families seem to be constantly on the move. While the leisurely time spent within the kitchen has become a thing of the past, food preparation and close up has been created easier. From slow cookers to dishwashers there's little question kitchen appliances are creating life easier.

Pork shoulder, on the other hand, is a very fatty piece of meat. Boston butt is the most popular type of pork shoulder meat sold today. It is an excellent cut of meat for use as a roast. The cut is typically browned and then placed in a pot with vegetables and cooked in an oven for several hours. Once it is fully cooked, the meat is extra tender and moist.
